How to integrate Property Finder to PropSpace?

Integrating Property Finder with Propspace is simple and seamless. All you need to do is update the integration keys available in your PF Expert account. Follow the steps below to get started:

Obtain Your Keys from PF Expert

  1. You can either reach out to the Property Finder Support Team or log in directly to your PF Expert portal.
  2. Go to Settings in PF Expert and locate your Client Key and Client Secret.
  1. Log in to Propspace and go to Admin > Profile > Integrated Apps (as shown in the screenshot below).
           

Connect Property Finder to Propspace

  1. Click on the Connect button. 
  2. A window will appear asking for your Client Key and Client Secret.
  3. Copy and paste the keys exactly as provided in PF Expert.

         

Select the Default Agent

  1. Finally, choose a Default Agent from your team. This step is important because; 
    1. If a lead cannot be assigned automatically (for example, if the agent's primary details do not match), the lead will be assigned to the Default Agent you select. 
    2. Click on  to save the entered data. 
This is what the screen will look like once the keys are entered. 



Notify Propspace Support

  1. Once the initial step is completed on your end, please email support@propspace.com so our team can proceed with the next step.
  2. If you also wish to import your Property Finder listings into Propspace, make sure to mention this in your email. The import will include all live listings currently available in your PF Expert account.

Please ensure that all users are created in PropSpace and that their primary details, including Username, Email Address, Phone Number, and Permit Numbers, are entered correctly without any errors.
Also, make sure there are no extra spaces in these fields, as the system treats each entry as unique. These details must match exactly with the corresponding information in PF Expert.

Additionally, once everything is set up and running, you can manage the Leads and Listing publication from the Admin > Profile tab. 


The above switches for Leads and Listings can be managed directly in the CRM. Please note that once you update these switches, the actions may take a few seconds to reflect. 
  1. Lead Created > If switched off, newly created leads will not be imported into PropSpace.
  2. Auto Publish Listing:
    1.  If switched Off, listings will remain as drafts and will only go online once manually published via the Listings > Portals tab.
    2. If switched On, listings will be published automatically without displaying the credit consumption.
