How to Sync the Listing to Property Finder?

Syncing Your Listings to Property Finder

Syncing your listings to Property Finder is now easier than ever. With just a click of the Sync/Relist button, all your updated details can be sent directly to the portal.

For changes to core listing fields, such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, or the full location hierarchy, the Relist option can be used to help sync the updated information to Property Finder. 

For example, if you have updated the location of a property, you can click the Update & Re-list button to update it. Re-list will unpublish your previous listing and publish a new listing on the portal with the correct details. The sync updates all core details, including:
  1. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  2. Price
  3. Full location hierarchy
  4. Property description
  5. Logo and watermark updates, Images, etc.
For other listing updates, such as title, description, logo, and watermark, you can use the 'Sync Listing' option to send the latest changes to Property Finder.

         

Recommended Checks
  1. Confirm that the listing is the correct PropSpace record and is selected for Property Finder publication.
  2. Check the current Property Finder status and any available update or validation error.
  3. For an ordinary accepted update, try Sync Listing.
  4. If Property Finder rejects a core-field change and instructs you to create a new listing, use Update & Relist.
  5. Review any expected credit or verification impact before confirming the relist.
If the listing or changes are still not reflected after a successful update, contact PropSpace Support with the listing reference and the exact error message.
